INDIVIDUAL TOS
Effective Date: March 22, 2026. These Terms govern your individual use of Otonomii’s products, services, subscriptions and platform features.
By creating an account, accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to individual users, including free-tier users, paid subscribers, beta testers and users of individual-licensed products.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization and should refer to the Enterprise Terms of Service instead.
These Terms govern your access to and use of products, services, websites and applications provided by Otonomii, Inc. Please read them carefully. They contain important information about rights and obligations, including limitations of liability, dispute provisions and a class action waiver.
Otonomii is an autonomous intelligence company. We build perpetual machines, systems that perceive, understand, decide and act without human intervention. Our platform provides cognitive infrastructure that organizations and individuals use to automate complex tasks, generate insights, make decisions and interact with dynamic environments.
Our technology is built on the principle that complexity is the enemy of durability. We pursue simplicity as an engineering constraint that produces more resilient, explainable and trustworthy autonomous systems.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials, passwords and API keys and for all activity under your account.
Accounts created with a business-domain email may be linked to an organization’s enterprise account if that organization later enters an Enterprise agreement with Otonomii.
You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep it up to date. Accounts with materially inaccurate information may be suspended or terminated.
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of conflict, the more restrictive provision governs.
Do not use the Services to generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract model weights, training data or algorithms underlying the Services.
Do not use the Services to develop products or services that directly compete with Otonomii without written authorization.
Do not circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, rate limits, usage quotas or access controls.
Do not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Services through your account.
Do not use bots, scrapers, crawlers or automated tools to access the Services beyond normal API usage.
Do not impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity.
Do not upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code through the Services.
Do not use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or interfere with another user’s use.
Inputs are prompts, queries, documents, data and other content you submit to the Services. You retain all rights in your Inputs and represent that you have the right to submit them.
Outputs are responses, analyses, generated content, decisions and other results produced by the Services. To the extent permitted by law, Otonomii assigns you rights in Outputs generated from your Inputs.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unreliable or hallucinated. You must independently verify Outputs before relying on them, especially for consequential decisions.
For individual non-enterprise and non-API users, Inputs and Outputs may be used to train and improve AI models unless you opt out in account settings. Enterprise and API customer data is never used for training.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas or recommendations about the Services, you grant Otonomii a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute and incorporate that Feedback into services and products without obligation to you.
Feedback is not confidential and does not include your Inputs or Outputs.
Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features, increased usage limits and priority support. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Once a billing cycle has begun, you will not receive a refund for that cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
New subscribers have a 24-hour cancellation window from the initial subscription purchase during which a full refund is available.
Users in Brazil, Mexico, Republic of Korea and Taiwan have a 7-day right of withdrawal from subscription purchase, regardless of usage.
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications or services. Otonomii does not control, endorse or assume responsibility for Third-Party Services.
