Limitation of Liability
Otonomii's total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim or $100 USD.

Either party may terminate at any time. Otonomii may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms with or without notice.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body, not in court.
